The power of faith & true intentions

This week was a completly different week for me. As I changed my mentalitly and mindset like it was a pre'game warm up. Every morning was different. Everytime I left the house it was different. I had set a peronsal goal that I would find 5 choosen childern of Isreal, who are prepared to listen to the restored Gospel of Christ. As in everything I did, was with true intentions that I would find someone new and prepared everyday. I would always ask and talk with my Father in Heaven first. I had to ask Him that I could have this faith to find those prepared. And I was able to find 4. I know that I was able to find 4 children of God are such a blessing and the mercy of God given to me. I hope that for the rest of my like I can continue to have the faith that I was able to cultivate this past week , and apply it forever. The faith in our Saviour Jesus Christ and his Atonement, and that through his grace he will bless us, even when we lack in our afflictions. But during these trials we need to have the faith and patience like the people Alma and his people. Mosiah 24.13-16 ... that we are able to support these afflictions in happiness, and patiently knowing that this is the will of the Lord.

I wish I could explain every one of the situations of the 4 choosen childern of God that we found this week, but they are too long and amazing haha. But with faith and patience the Lord can give us this power and love to do his will.

A whole new world

Well, its a whole new world over here! The people are very different the culture is very different. I feel like I'm in a movie scene everywhere I go, it's so animated. very beautiful. The area is huge! Very difficult to get to know. But the work still goes on.  There is no time to fall behind.

We taught this younger girl this week, shes 11. recently baptized less than a year ago. And she is the only member in her family, her father is in jail and her mom can't get baptized.. and there are all these problems in her family, however, she explained to us how she has hope and she wants to strive to get her family to church everyday. But something more than just her life shocked me as she gets herself to church, she has read the book of mormon 2 times already and is on her third time around. I was blown away. She is an example to me. I know many people who have barely read it 1 time, and she is on her third. What a powerhouse. She is working on saving her family, and being such a perfect example to all.

I hope we can all have this desire to read the scriptures, and to put aside all the problems and tests that we have and push forward. This scripture reminds me of this (Alma 1:25)

I hope we can't all wait for the day when OUR SAVIOUR comes again Alma 4:14 !

Because I can't wait. And I hope I will be in the right place , doing what the Lord would be doing. Setting an example of the believers.

This week we were able to take someone to the temple. Wow, everytime I go I feel the sweet calm powerful spirit! But the vision of the mission, is to begin with the end in mind, seeing them dressed in white.- with some other things but the beginning is the best part. To begin with the end in mind. If we always begin with the end in mind in every desicion that we begin with the temple in mind or better said, the Celestial Kingdom in mind.

If our goal is the temple and if we are always thinking of temple or if we were always in the temple, how could we have bad thoughts..

I wish that I could always be in the temple. I wish that I could get everyone to get sealed in the temple.

I hope that I will be able to look at everyone of God's children dressed in white in the temple. If I don't view them like this, then what way am I, of the world. of what the world sees them.

How can you yell at someone if you picture them dressed in white in the baptismal room? you can't.

How can you not smile after entering the temple ...

The temple is where we feel the joy and love of Christ. and we need to help others feel of this love and joy from Christ, this hope that we have, we need to share it, and build our homes and testimonies upon it.

TEMPLE=SALVATION.

GO TO THE TEMPLE, AND THEN GET OTHERS TO COME WITH YOU!

Alma 36:20-21 feel and taste of the intense and sweet joy of Christ.
